The Flint Hills Job Corps Center is located in the flint hills of Kansas between Manhattan and Junction City. The center opened as the only Job Corps Center in Kansas in February, 1992, and has continued to grow in the commitment of providing quality training to young adults.

Young adults ages 16-24 may enroll in the program under a full scholarship from the U.S. Department of Labor.

A successful FHJCC graduate will receive benefits administered through phases of the Career Development Services System (CDSS) which includes: room and board, meals, wellness clinic, emergency medical care, training costs, leisure time, recreational activities, small bi-weekly pay checks, career development services, employability training, and a small clothing allotment.
